Big charge on my mobile
HiFor the last 3 years i was a customer with Hot mobile, i had an extra plan for 10 nis a month for unlimited international calls.
Two months ago i switched my and my spouses cell to Patner, and my wife continued making international phone calls with 017 instead of 012 which is Partner, i tough that i still have the international package with Hotnet.
Now i got a bill for the first month for 1303 nis, and upcoming bill for 3200 nis
is there anything you might help me?
