עו"ד שרית לנגה יצחקי
Hi, I am sorry. I have a hard time writing Hebrew. I had a similar situation with Hair Center but they made me sign a contract, which I did not read because of my poor Hebrew reading skills. Two weeks ago, I had a "wig" installed with Keratin. The installation and wearing it was extremely painful. Not only was it pulling my own hair, the hair piece detached from my head and it was very embarrassing. They had to reinstall it because it was so painful and it had detached in some places but on the same day that they reinstalled it, it detached again and I went to my nephew's bar mitzvah with a wig that is not attached on my head. I went there three times in the space of a week and a half. They apologized very much and insisted on fixing it again but I asked to remove the unit from my head. They did not want to take the unit back and I told them that, while I understand that they had an expense, I would like them to give me at least part of the money back. In fact, I want all the money back (10000 shekels). Their solution does not work for me and when they removed the unit, it broke my very fragile hair. I read the contract and I see that they are fully covered and they wrote that in no circumstances do they give the money back no matter what
I realize that I have signed a contract that I did not read and they seem to be fully covered. Is there a way out of this?
Also, what should/can I do to get my money back,, if anything?
